Heisman Sharon L. Mueller Administration Abby Bloch, Ph.D. Amanda High Amanda High is vice president of National Philanthropic Trust, an independent public charity. She coordinates service provision to NPT's Supporting Organizations, including the Atkins Foundation, as well as manages international and specialized grantmaking. She is the former head of regional delegation for the American Red Cross in Nairobi, Kenya, where she led regional humanitarian initiatives in HIV/AIDS, immunization, food security and emergency response. Previously, she managed a food assistance program in Azerbaijan for the International Committee of the Red Cross, was coordinator of refugee resettlement services for the International Rescue Committee in Khartoum, Sudan, and was a senior case worker for the International Catholic Migration Commission in Islamabad, Pakistan. A former USAID fellow, High is a graduate of Princeton University, and completed her Master's degree course work in International Affairs and International Economics at the Johns Hopkins University, Paul H.
